Everything was easy from ordering to receiving. Customer service was always attentive and the company mission is more than commendable.

The return process was very easy

First of all, I received such great customer service when UPS had issues with delivering my order. The representative was super helpful and got everything back on track (please note that the issues were with UPS, not Adelante!). When the mules arrived, I was so pleased. They only took a wear or two to break in and are a great shoe for more casual work days. And I love that they were ethically and sustainably made! Will be back for loafers this fall!
