What an amazing product! There was clear communication about when I could expect to receive my item, it was exactly as I expected, and the quality is something you don't find easily these days! I really enjoyed having a chance to learn more about the craftsman working on my shoes. This is a product that I will use for years and years...and proudly! I can't tell you how many compliments I have received and they were shockingly comfortable from day one. I can't wait for my next purchase!

This shoe is AH-mazing!! I'm about two months of wear with these and they still look and feel great. And I do mean WEAR! I am not an ornamental shoe-owner. I walk frequently in these boots and have already spent many a night out dancing in them too. I knew any boot I got would have to take a lot of hits and keep me comfy while doing so. These boots succeed at every metric I have. The memory foam soles are so comfortable and soft and provides a great amount of support. The leather takes on a great color with regular conditioning/polishing. The ritual of cleaning these has become one of those little joy moments for me. I'm happy to spend time caring for something that was obviously made with such care. I get so many compliments on the boots in a way I didn't expect. People readily recognize the beautiful craftsmanship of these boots. I am so pleased and so excited for my next pair! One more thing: the customer service was really remarkable over the entire process. The "artificial kindness" approach means nothing to me in a customer service interaction and in fact is a bit of a negative when paired with results that are subpar. What matters in my opinion is and always will be the quality of work. From virtual fitting to final delivery, the staff were nothing but thorough and attentive. They promptly answered any questions I had and helped me with a shoelace issue I had. They were, of course, also kind about it, but I really want to stress that the value in the customer service at Adelante is in the fact that they do their work exceedingly well. Doing business with them was a pleasure.
