Shipping took awhile. Was expected in this economic environment. But very satisfied with this quality product.

No complaints here. My first pair of shoes were not the right fit, but that was my fault. I did not use the device or the print option that was given. The first pair was the right length but not the right width. I will make someone happy with that pair. One I knew that I needed E and not D the deal was sealed. I have 2 pairs now and will add another 2 in the near future!!!
