Wrong item was sent versus what was ordered

I had ordered a pair of 9.5D black sneakers with black outsole for my son but when I received it here in Nigeria and opened the box, I found pair of 9.5D black sneakers with white outsole. This is quite disappointing after waiting all this while and needless to say my son isn’t happy about it because he’s already got same style sneakers albeit a different brand.
