So far, I have only tried on my shoes with and without the insoles, but I can already tell that they take a lot of pressure off of the front of my foot! I'm hoping to wear my shoes all day/night, so being comfortable is a must!

Really made a difference !

Wow I finally got to try these out I. The heels I wore for a wedding last night and it really worked! My feet felt great and no soreness at all. It lasted me much of the night til we headed home. Highly recommend.

Idk how I ever wore heels without this!
