These didn’t work for me at all - very disappointing

I was sent two left inserts. Still waiting to have this resolved a week later. Haven’t had a chance to even try them yet. Hoping to hear back soon. Thanks.

They definitely shift my weight but I'm not convinced that they made a huge difference in how long I could wear the heels. The surface of the inner sole of my heel also got stuck to the adhesive/peeled off when I tried to reposition so it's definitely not reusable in any way and damaged my shoe.

I put them in my 5 inch heels and they did nothing to help the pain of wearing them. In fact, they made the angle even more pronounced, which made it more uncomfortable. I later on put them in my 3 inch heels, and they were much better in the 3 inch heels, but still not life-changing.

They do not work. Were very difficult to get into position and ultimately they did not fit and k had to take them out half way through the night
