The gel pad didn't entirely stick to the insole of my shoes. They did help keep me from my feet getting tired.

These insoles did not add any extra bulk to my shoe. Helped me keep my Loubis on longer.

First day- WOW! Couldn't feel a thing after 6 hrs on my feet. Not made for multiple day wear though... Second day my feet were screaming after the first 2 hrs.

So sad I lost 1 as soon as I took them out the pack but I was able to try it out on 1 foot and felt the difference.

Honestly I can’t tell if they make a big difference bc I don’t wear heels all the time for long periods of time. They seem fine, were easy to install, and are relatively non discreet. I disagree with their contention that it shouldn’t change your shoe size or the way your foot fits in the shoe. I do notice a difference in how my foot fits in the shoe (perhaps indicating it is working by shifting my weight EVER SO SLIGHTLY) but as a result it so EVER SO SLIGHTLY shifts how my foot fits in the shoe and it just does feel a tiny bit tighter. It may be just a me problem since I’m in between sizes and I used these in shoes that were on the smaller size, but I think it does change how your foot fits and could change the size.
