Brilliant wonderful product. Love the insoles. I highly recommend it to all high heal lovers.

I've always loved wearing high heels, so much so that wearing flats hurt my feet. I've walked all night in Las Vegas in 5" heels with a 1" platform, I always wore them to work or out dancing, even found heeled lug soled boots to wear when I rode my Harley. Then in 2014, I was abruptly knocked off my feet by an 8 days hospital stay, diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis, and 5 months of prednisone to heal. My joints hurt, part of UC symptoms, and I found wearing my heels harder on my knees and ankles. I stumbled upon Vivian Lou and gave it a shot. I put the insoles in my favorite pairs and the ones that hurt me but I loved. It was a game changer. I continued wearing heels until I was struck with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia in 2017. I've had to look longingly at my beautiful, large heel collection, hoping for a time I could wear them again. I've had to find cute trainers with a wedge or platform from Vince Camuto and Steve Madden to make myself feel better. Then I saw insoles for flats, heel cups, and now, Sport insoles! These make wearing flats and my stylish trainers much more comfortable. I just had surgery to repair a torn medial meniscus in my knee and recovery is going so well. This means that I am going to work my way back up to wearing my high heels sans foot pain. The Sport insoles, heel cups/flat insoles, lower heel insoles, then Couture insoles will be how I retrain my ankles to wear the heels I love. Sorry to write an essay, but I'm so excited to have hope that I can reclaim this part of me that I thought I'd lost due to my chronic conditions/pain. Thank you for an amazing, hope giving product for this high heel lover.

I LOVE my Vivian Lou insoles for all heel sizes: coutre, flat and now the sneaker! They really work and help with aching feet and low back pain. To wear them is to believe in them!!!
