I LOVE my Vivian Lou insoles for all heel sizes: coutre, flat and now the sneaker! They really work and help with aching feet and low back pain. To wear them is to believe in them!!!

I'm a girl who LOVES the highest of high heels, though I refuse to suffer for my art. I've tried all kinds of ball-of-the-foot cushions over the years. They work for short periods of time, but they don't actually prevent the pain. I saw these insoles advertised on Instagram and decided to give them a try. I put them to the test with a pair of five-inch open-toe heels. I was absolutely amazed at how well they work. There was no pain at all and I walked around as if I were wearing flats. The insoles also prevented my feet from sliding forward in such a high heel. All I can say is that if you love heels, you HAVE to buy these. They are truly life changing! I plan on purchasing them in bulk because I never want to wear heels without them again.

The service was excellent with my order arriving in a timely manner. The packaging was sturdy and in perfect shape upon arrival. The inserts made uncomfortable heels wearable immediately. They should be tried if wearing heels is uncomfortable.
