Omg these actually work!! I put them to the test with a pair of 4.5" stilettos with a crazy arch and no platform. I have owned these shoes forever but never wear them because i can't handle the pain. I tried these insoles and omg i stood and danced without sitting once... for 4 hours!!!! Obsessed!

Can't wait to try them out for my son's wedding!

Applied the 'couture' to my 4 -inch heels last night. Wore them all night walking, standing, and sitting. Was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED/PLEASED that my feet didn't hurt. Only issue I seemed to have is that after I took out the Dr' Scholl's insole and attached these, the shoes appeared a little big...Do you have a remedy for that as I am sure as I attach the other insoles to my other shoes, I will deal with the same issue? I love these insoles! They really do help with the comfort of high heel shoes. I have shared my experience with this insole to family and friends. Will buy again!

The inserts worked very well in soccer cleats. That is more difficult than it sounds! It has helped my daughter (14) play longer with out any heal pain! It's great for girls who play hard and have growing bones at the same time!
