So far so good! I’ve only put them in one pair of shoes so far. These shoes usually start hurting after an hour or so. With the Vivian Lou insoles I could feel the weight shift into my heel, I was pain free all evening!!

Wore the classic version recently to a wedding and while all the other guests in heels were feeling pain 20 minutes in, I lasted a solid 2+ hours without feeling any pain (I did sit a little but still did a lot of walking for pictures and the wedding ceremony itself was standing only). Recommended this brand to everyone in attendance who was having pain in their heels.

Omg these actually work!! I put them to the test with a pair of 4.5" stilettos with a crazy arch and no platform. I have owned these shoes forever but never wear them because i can't handle the pain. I tried these insoles and omg i stood and danced without sitting once... for 4 hours!!!! Obsessed!

Can't wait to try them out for my son's wedding!
