Great product for my high arch and high instep feet! I wasn’t a believer but after attending a wedding where I was on the dance floor for 3 hours, I am.

Ok so last night, I tried these out for the first time in some high heel boots. Let's just say they did everything it says they would do. I had no pain at all in the balls/soles of my feet all night. This made my boots bearable to walk in. I can't wait to try them out in my high heel shoes.

Definitely well worth the money. These insoles change the positioning of how you stand which made me 5 1/2 feel like kitten heels! Lol
