Honestly, they really work. I was able to walk around the Vegas strip in heels for about 5 hours. After that, I did start feeling pain. But I feel I would be able to wear them to an event all night/day pain free.

I can't lie. I bought these, thinking why not? But I truly didn't think an insole could dp what they claimed. However, I was proven wrong!! I do kot know what magic are on these but my 4 inch heels casued zero painful feet after wearing them all day. I will be buying more for all my heels!!
