The soles really work..! The science behind adjusting the bone from your heel to better support the pressure is amazing. The only thing I think should improve is reusing the soles for other heels, instead of being permanently stuck to one shoe, as I have many I like to wear.

I wear low heels occasionally because work necessitates it. However, my feet and back protest - a lot.
