I love the high heel inserts. I put them in my 3" heels and felt more balanced and was able to dance in them. I could hardly walk in them before. I just bought another pair. I will be trying the inserts for flat shoes next.

I honestly was skeptical about whether these would work. Much to my pleasure, THEY DO! It's amazing what a difference they make.
