I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked! I haven’t tried them in a super high pair, but they definitely help with a mid-heel height!

I have been using these Vivian Lou insoles for years and am so excited that they are now removable! They really work, and well! Shoes that I was formerly unable to wear are now very comfortable with the insoles. The insoles are small but powerful!!
