I followed the instructions to the letter. Tested and moved around made sure I didn't feel the bump in my arch, etc. The insoles just didn't work for me, I didn't feel a difference and was back in my flats in an hour. On top of that, they ruined the soles of my new Stuart Weitzmans when I pulled them off per the instructions. Very disappointed.

The product did not stick to my shoes and started to fall out after about 30 minutes of wearing them. Now my shoes have been destroyed because it ripped the soles off the shoes... Not a good product....would not buy again...

Rubbed blisters on the bottoms of both my feet.

No added comfort; I bought 2 pairs for a recent wedding. I cannot tell these helped at all. I honesly cannot see how the claim of wearing longer with more comfort.

These insoles did not work at all. I almost think my shoes were more comfortable before putting them in. Don't purchase them as they are expensive and don't help!
