These did nothing for me. Unfortunately, now I can't get them out of my shoes without damaging them so I could return them for a refund.

Unfortunately these did not make any difference in my comfort.

I really wanted these to work! I bought them for the heels I wore for my daughter's wedding, and after applying them exactly as instructed they not only did they not relieve the pressure on the ball of my foot, but if anything they made it worse by shifting my foot forward. The wedding was one week ago today, and my big and second toes are still completely numb, which has never happened to me before from wearing heels. The only difference was that I used these inserts.

Sadly these were not the miracle I was looking for.
