Una semana despues todavia no llega

Elegi un color verde al momento de mi compra pero me llegó en otro color, a la hora de tramitar mi devolución, me dicen que tengo que pagar por los gastos de envío por dicha devolución, lo cual, me parece lamentable.

We placed the order on June 19th. They haven't notified us that it has been shipped. . . and they are asking us how it went. are you kidding?
