I love my new sweater. I now have three in my collection. the cashmere is wonderfully soft, yet does not seem to pill like so many other expensive brands. Also, customer service is the best/easiest ever. The first sweater was a bit too big. I had my replacement by the time i got the first one back to UPS which was only two days. Love it. Makes getting what you want so easy.
