Pretty darn great product, company and customer service
I don’t recall when I started with 2Undr, i do know it was to upgrade my underwear game and the reviews were the 2Undr kangaroo pouch was about the best. Since my first one I have been hooked. I have the swing shift has my main daily wear. I do use the power shift for work outs. Over time as far as underwear is concerned i have also used other 2undr styles.
When it comes to the effectiveness of the underwear I figured friends would like it, so something I have never done before I started gifting friends 2Undr underwear to several different friends and so far every one has been totally happy, one friend seems to be even a bigger fan than me, going further than I have saying that is about all he will wear!
I don’t keep track of numbers and I have screwed up over time sometimes using Apple Pay or different emails etc so really don’t know how many underwear over time I have purchased either as a gift or for myself, i am guessing it is easily over 50.
I have also delved into a few of the t shirts and sweats, especially the sweats those are pretty good as well! I just got the new juicy shorts and still too soon to tell, they seem like winners!
What also makes being a customer with 2undr great besides the great products is the outstanding customer service. I think while yeah if the product wasn’t great I wouldn’t get it that is pretty for certain, getting the amazing customer service seems to make me want to have a reason to buy more before I even consider another companies underwear no matter how enticing the advertising is from some other company. I mean yeah the whole is great at the customer service thing, in particular if Krista is still there I feel like she has become my own personal customer service rep at the outstanding service she has gone the extra mile to provide. I think that 2Undr seems to really care about customer service that is something not always seen these days and I think that helps make 2Undr and their products great.
