Mein Kaftan war eine Vorbestellung, ich wurde bei jedem Schritt von Herstellung bis Versand etc. auf dem Laufenden gehalten mit einer E-Mail. Das war toll, da man dadurch immer auf dem neuesten Stand war und nicht das Gefühl hatte „ Wo bleibt denn meine Bestellung“. Man merkt einfach die Liebe zum Detail!
