I placed order on-line. It is smooth.
The email replies from support were soon enough.
But the order confirmation email was a little late which made me worried. There’s three order confirmation which were not received yet, the explanation I got from your support team was “inventory” week-this is not very satisfied for me.
The first shipment was one day delayed, but I accepted that , just tiny little disappointed because I couldn’t wait to see how it looks like.
