I felt like it took a very long time for the coat to be shipped to me.

Horrible Packaging

Love the coat, but there’s some serious issue with the customer service. My order was canceled because they run out of the inventory, yet I was about to turn around and reorder the coat. Called them and the lady said there was 12 left and she had no idea why my order was canceled.
