I am giving 3 stars because I am returning 1 item. I do not know how smooth the refund process shall be. For the purchase and delivery, I had no problem. The delivery in Japan was done by the company Yamato Kuroneko (they are five stars). I paid the tax upon delivery. No problem at all.

For the price, it’s good value. Didn’t feel any luxury or nicer material than other brand.

This was a test order and I had to pay for delivery more than the price of the product. while I understood it was free. The product though is good. Thanks

I ordered 5 items , four of them are good. One of the brown knitted blazer has knitting error. How can I change it ?

I ordered 4 ties from them, the ties I received were perfect, but one of them arrived as a pocket square. The receipt included said tie, saddened by this, the tie looked perfect online
