So I ordered 2 pairs of the same espadrilles bc I did not know which size would fit. The original order was placed back in April for a trip I was taking to FL but after 3 wks I reach out to CS and I was told the order was cancelled. Very disappointed. However, right before I could get my credit my espadrilles arrived and Annie my CS rep email me right away and the rest is history. Annie was very good with dealing with my issue and it was resolved. It took a little longer than I am use to with other stores, but I love my espadrilles and my account was credited for the other pair. Thank you

This was my first order with Soludos and I am I love with the company. The shoes are so comfortable, I am going tobe buying more. Also, the customer service is unlike any other. I had an issue with USPS and within 10 mins of emailing customer service I had a response and my issue was resolved.

I received a shoe damaged and the customer support team was so supportive in fixing the issue quickly,
