Shoes ran small so I sent back to exchange. Process was easy and customer service was great at addressing a non returnable item that I was not aware of.

So attractive and comfortable. Prior to this I always used Tom’s espadrilles. But their newer ones are stiff and give me blisters. So happy to have an alternative!

Soludos service was great - I ordered a pair of espadrilles online and they were a bit too small, so I did the exchange online and Soludos mailed the new pair out quickly after they received my return. Easy peasy.
