I purchased this in an XL twice and they sent me an XS, twice. The first time I thought it was my mistake, was very careful the second time/excited to see it was back in stock! Then the email came saying they were sending me an XS. I immediately wrote customer service that it was a glitch in their website - they responded the next day saying that it was past their remorse period and they sent me an XS coat again. I have to pay return shipping. Not worth buying from these folks...
