Terrible New “Customer” Experience
I ordered online on April 23. Having received nothing and hearing nothing further I contacted Customer Service on May 6. I was told the matter would be “escalated”. On May 9 I received an email telling me to relax, a refund had been issued. No explanation. No “hey, sorry”. No rest assured we will honor your new customer discount on your next order. Crickets (other than the barrage of emails trying to sell me more product - I unsubscribed). Overall a terrible new (would be) customer experience.
