You canceled My order two weeks after I ordered

Never arrived - I sent an email to y’all and it never got answered

I guess they do not except returns? The dress I bought was way too big. No return label included in package and no response from them when trying to request one. I would’ve never ordered from them if I knew you couldn’t return for another size. It’s too bad. The quality of their clothes seem to be nice. But their customer support not so much.

Took my money and still have not received order

I have submitted several inquiries about my order being received but never processed. I wanted the items. If Upwest would just respond. So disappointed.
