I purchased a jacket which was too small, which surprised me because the site talks about making the pieces a bit larger so they go into a second season. My son is 6 years old, 50%ile for weight, and 55%Ike for height but we had to get a coat sized 7. The pants we got were size 6. We returned the original coat we got (size 6) and I like their system. They send out a replacement right away, and you are given 2 weeks to mail the return. If you don’t mail it out in 2 weeks they charge your original card. If you do, nothing happens. I think that’s fair. Other places wait for the merchandise to come back, and be processed before sending a new one over. I love that I mailed out the return the next couple of days, and I received the replacement 5 days later.
