I would like to say that the first watch i purchased on line (have purchased from Movado store) did not work and Mario Romo from the customer care team was a big help with returning the watch and then with getting the new Movado modern 47 all black for my wife who loves it. Thank you Mario for your help and to the Movado team for producing a excellent watch as this was not our first purchase of Movado products and will not be our Last. regards Jeff Thornton
