We don't have a RG store near us so we usually purchase online. I have dealt with customer service and they were great. We also shop in the Vegas store when we are in town and they shipped everything we bought home for us. Love RG!

Robert Graham customer service is fantastic! By mistake, I ordered the same shirt twice in two weeks. I immediately called customer service once I realized my mistake. While they couldn't stop the shipment, they immediately sent me a return label and also sent me a code to use to purchase a new shirt for the amount of the shirt I was going to return. So, I got to replace the shirt even though Robert Graham hadn't received it back yet. Wonderful service!
