Ok, well I had ordered an XL it fit yet I like my flannels a little looser so I can wear base layers. So on super bowl Sunday, I emailed asking if you all had a "relaxed" fit flannel? Knock me over with a feather, Cody answered immediately! I was shocked! On super bowl Sunday? Wow! So Cody took care of it and me! Talk about incredible customer service! Customer for LIFE!!!
