At the purchase the shipping was done quite quickly however the delivery took almost 2 weeks. I got slightly worried and contacted the ZO. ON customer service team and they replied almost immediately. The shipping was done at time of purchase the only delay was here in the country, so nothing to do with ZO. ON. Thanks to the swift response of the customer service team I knew my package was going to be delivered in time for Christmas as it is a Christmas present for my daughter. My package was delivered today 12/12/24. Thanks once again ZO. ON.
