I returned the jacket over a week ago(because I also bought it in black, which seems more practical) and haven't got my money back yet. Tried calling and sending emails but all my pleas to find out the status of the reimbursement fell on deaf ears. I don't know if you can call taking people's money, not giving it back and just ignoring them instead a "service" but I would never recommend anybody buying anything in your online store.

No answers and missing part of the order.
