Evening Collective

I ordered two different sample dresses in size 12 after taking my measurements. One fit well, the other was much larger. I was concerned the larger one had been stretched out so reached out to customer service and they never responded. I am forced to buy a dress from Evening Collective as I am in a friend's wedding but I would not recommend. Now I may have to order a different sample size and pay extra money for the sample and then also pay a lot of money for the dress.

I am so upset that I followed all your rules and sent the 8 dresses boxed in the three boxes that you sent me and now you are claiming I did not return all the dresses. I did return them and there is a mistake either on your part or Fed Ex. I should not have to pay for the missing dress. Because you only sent me one postage slip for the three boxes the people at the FEd Ex on Park Road in Plano, Texas said they would attach the three boxes together with packing tape. I left them there in good faith. Surely Either Fed ex has some type of insurance or you do to cover the lost dress. It was not my fault and I should not have to pay for it.
