Although I was disappointed that your navy XXL sun faded slub is not sized consistent with the rest of your shirts, Joy from customer service went above and beyond to try and correct the situation. Ultimately the shirt is manufactured incorrectly but that was out of Joy’s hands and she was a pleasure to work with.
