If I could give it 0 stars I would. I tried cancelling my order within 15 minutes of ordering it. No option to do so except through an email to support, who did not respond before a shipping label was made an hour after my order. Speedy ship time is great, but there needs to be an option to cancel within a reasonable amount of time. Now dealing with customer service is horrible. I was informed I could not return it for free. Then when I took it out of the box and tried to apply it, because I was stuck with it. It did not adhere and one of the labels left adhesive on the protector. I was told I could get a replacement, and still told no I could not get a full refund. Even after sending pictures and it being deemed under your standards. Now I'm still waiting on a replacement because the customer service rep did not understand my confirmation for the crappy replacement. I will never order again.

I had a bad experience with SCF to begin with. I complained about it and nobody responded. Then there was a downpour of email. BOT email. Automated, senseless, repetitious email. I tried repeatedly to unsubscribe. Acts of pure futility. An actual human did eventually contact me. She promised to stop the emails. Yet here is another one asking for my opinion, once again. So here is my opinion, once again. These products are overpriced, overhyped, and underwhelming. Their customer care is a joke, and their automated email program is absolutely absurd. That's what I think of SCF.

I ordered the the case and screen protectors for my pixel 3 XL. The case is awkward in my hand and too bulky too put in my front pocket. I now have a case that offers the same protection and is much slimmer. The screen protectors for the pixel 3 XL are a complete joke and are NOT case friendly. Once you install the screen protector, the case lifts up the edges. I wrote customer service with measurements down to the mm and took photos. The last response I got from them said something like "this issue has been resolved". So not only does SCF customer support not take time to read my support ticket, now they refuse to give a refund for products that do not work together. Very slick advertising. Very poor products and customer support.

Worst experience I will never shop at this place again nor will I recommend anyone to buy anything from this site. Still have not been refunded after I returned item. Terrible customer service

Ordered 2 items before and never had any problems. Ordered a plate frame and its been 3 weeks still did not ship. Told me it was sold out, went on website does not state the product is sold out. Was not offered any compensation for huge mess up on SCF end. Hope they see this
