Awful products and customer service. They dont take returns and dont do refunds.

Long story made short. I used a coupon code online to get a discount of 50% when buying two packs of shield protectors. They came defective and were not useful at all and I had to buy new shields. Your customer service acknowledged they were defective but because I used a coupon code that I was "not supposed to have" (as if that were my fault it was on the internet) - I am not eligible for a discount. I am happy to give back the other pack but not giving me a refund for a defective product is completely against what you have put down on your guarantee for this product. So in short - terrible service and it seems what people are saying about your business and all the complaints are valid. Its really sad that you would sell things not as advertised.

Recently, about a month ago, I purchased 2ea iPhone X screen protectors, one for myself and the other for my wife. Within a weeks time, hers had become riddled with scratches, while mine simply came off a few days after hers was discovered to be all scratched up. I emailed your company and was, in my opinion received with poor customer service and support. About a year ago I purchased your carbon fiber iPhone X case, and simply love it. I’m currently using it now without fail. Just wished your screen protectors held up to the same standards! John Sturdivant
