Horrible customer service. Bought a case cover. Sent an email the same day I need to exchange for a different size. The refused which was NOT what their return policy said. Save ur money and go somewhere else!

Terrible!!! Never respond, takes days for a reply and when they do they will find anything and everything to avoid giving customers store credit as their return policy is 10 days, it takes at least 2 days for your first response! TERRIBLE!!!

My order was defective and instead of a refund I was offered a discount for a replacement. Why would a double down on a bad purchase? DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I understand that some people may take advantage of a situation like I had but when you ask for a refund and don't get it or even maybe sent the product to try again, instead I get a discount code to buy something else again. Not cool honestly. I hate it because the phone case I bought is great but not happy with the customer service.
