Did not receive

More than 1 month has passed, and i have still not received my items yet.

Bad experience with customer service, the same day i ordered, i tried to cancel with a rep via email, they said it shipped out already and was unable to be canceled. I checked the order status and it said it hadnt even left the facility. I contacted customer service again, and they said they were having delays, but then that would mean i would have been able to cancel when i asked them to the first time. I have yet to receive the order or even a refund so… i don’t know what is going on.. horrible customer service
