The phone case itself is if great quality and a nice design. I was disappoint, however when I received the wrong size case by my own mistake but had to pay return shipping and regular shipping. It cost me nearly $11 extra. Poor customer service.

I ordered a few different items, including a phone case. So far the quality of the items are as described and have nothing but good things to say about them so far. One contributor to the lower star review is I received a note that a 35% off flash sale started literally hours after receiving my delivery. I asked to have my purchase price matched so I wouldn't have to go through the process of returning the items, only to repurchase them at the discounted price, but they would not accommodate the request. Another contributor is, when purchasing $100 worth of items, I'd expect a little quicker shipping than USPS Ground. Some of these same day and two day suppliers have spoiled me.

First and foremost this case looks great from a few feet, but when you get up close and feel the case you will find the "carbon fiber" weave is not strait making it have this weird curve affect. This is something you will not find on a cheaper film printed carbon fiber or even a D-brand skin. (I have no affiliation with D-brand BTW). I have yet to drop my phone, forbid i ever have to test the cases ability. But i will update if i do. Apart from that and the off centered holes for the charger and speaker and upper mic, the headphone jack hole is so small i have to peel the case off the phone in order to plug my headphones in or even my aux cord. i have been hesitant since the case is so expensive, but i think just because of practicality i am going to get a larger drill bit and run it through the hole to make it bigger. Did i mention the case was 45 dollars? and the red one is even more. Now done with criticizing the case, it does support power share and wireless charging, the buttons still click and have a good feel, however are a little hard to find because the texture is the same, i do like the texture towards the lower sides of the phone makes it feel good in hands and very premium, if you have the phone you will know its very slippy when out of a case. this case is low profile but solid for the most part. if you have deep pockets and want to show off your green this is a great case for you but if you would just like the look of "carbon fiber" get a clear case with a D-brand skin. It would be cheaper and look the same if im being honest.

We got the two in one pack. One was great and went on well. Like how it covers the edges. The other was faulty so not great.

The quality of the product is good, I think the size is a bit big, but it looks good. I did not like that I had to pay a customs fee of 35 euros to be able to pick up my order and they did not tell me when I made my purchase that I had to pay those taxes.
