During application, i had a hard time figuring out what was the screen protecter and what was the discard. Had to use up my 2nd protecter on the first sitting. Still got 2 little bumps from dust, and a little edge problem, but that was my fault.

I have the privacy protector for the Note 9 and love it. I travel and sitting in an airport on a plane, I used to hesitate to use my phone. As long as no one is looking over my shoulder, no one can see the screen. I also installed a cover on a co-workers phone recently and when it came in, there was a small defect. Customer service was quick to respond and remedy it. I am about to purchase another screen for my husband's phone. We paid for a different brand that has cracked in less than a year.
