As a larger women in her 60s, I was looking originally for a dress as a step mother of the groom. However, local bridal shops were charging upwards of $600 to $1000 for an off the shelf dress that was not fit to my measurements. I found eshakti and it was fantastic. The dress received numerous compliments, including from many of the bridal party. After that I’ve purchased 5-6 additional dresses for everyday wear or business needs. All were excellently made and have worn extremely well. The only suggestion I would make is to offer an additional option on the dresses for a slimmer cut skirt rather than the full skirt on a fair number of dresses as this has a tendency to ‘enlarge’ fuller hips on mature women.
