We ordered these dresses for 3 of my bridesmaids thinking it would save us time and money on alterations. We were wrong. Even though we asked for knee length *and everyone included their heights and specific measurements* it was well past knee length to a very odd length hitting just above the ankles. The bottom of the dress was massive! Like way way to poufy, everyone looked like cupcakes. And the top fits very tight even with measurements that had some room to spare. We are overall not happy as now we need to spend lots of money on alterations to get dresses that even look decent.

Item came and didn't fit, even though I paid extra to have them make the dress to my measurements. I bought two dresses because their returns page makes it sound like they offer a full refund, and so I felt free to try things. The returns page doesn't mention that they don't refund extra fees from customizing a product, even though customization is the heart of their business model. I ended up never getting refunded almost half the money I spent on the dresses I ordered.

The dress looked nothing like the one on the website. And it was described as having a slightly stretchy pleated waistband. The waistband was neither stretchy nor pleated, and instead covered the whole bust. So I tried to return it. I couldn't find the place on the website to initiate a return. (I was looking at the specific item, not the order of two items.) I wrote and asked how to do this. I got a reply that was totally unhelpful, so I replied saying that I was still having issues. I got no reply. I emailed again and got the same canned response. I replied to that email, and again got no response. By the time I finally figured it out, it was just beyond the 30 days, so I can't get the cost of shipping back, even though the dress was obviously defective on arrival.

My order was delivered to the wrong address--I only received it because I did something about it. I contacted Customer Service and got a message back--one message back--saying someone would look in to it. Never got another reply. The order contained a dress I specifically ordered to wear to my little sister's wedding, and relayed that information to customer service when I told them I didn't get my package despite the message saying it had been delivered. If it wasn't for a nice person living at the address my package was delivered to, I feel I would have been out the money and items--I still haven't heard from Customer Service, even after notifying them I finally got my items. This makes me rethink ordering from eShakti again.
