I purchased a beautiful, black and pink sheath dress from eShakti. When I received the dress, I discovered the neckline didn't fit me. I contacted eShakti. I liked the dress so much that I didn't want to have to order a different dress. eShakti had me put on the dress and send them photos, so they could see the problem. Then, they made another dress from the same design for me. They started the dress right away without having me first send the original dress back to them. They went above and beyond in customer service.
