The shipping was faster than I expected.

I wasn't familiar with the brand but the shoe seemed to be exactly what I was looking for so I ordered two diff sizes in nude suede and black leather. I really wanted the black leather, but they didn't have it in 8.5 plus they were final sale, but they were so cute, I decided to take the risk. Turns out my research was right. These are narrow and sized smaller than usual. I'm a true size 8m and always have issues with finding open toe heels that my feet don't spread out in. The 8.5 nude suede fit perfect. I listed the black to sell but loved them so much, I reached out to Botkier. They were so wonderful! As a one time courtesy, they offerred me an exchange. I was able to get the black leather in the 8.5. I'll def consider Botkier when I'm in the market for shoes or bags.

I own several Botkier crossbody bags and love having the option of a leather and fabric strap. This latest purchase, a black bag, came with a black leather strap and a gray and black fabric strap. Both suit my cold weather wardrobe perfectly. It's a nice size that holds the essentials and a bit more and has a lined interior with a zippered pocket as well as a small outside pocket that's great for a metro card and keys.
