The website says refunds take 5-7 days. They’ve had my return for 8 days. I called and spoke to them, the person said they had my return but it would be 7 more days before I got a refund. Seriously? If it takes two weeks to refund money after receiving the return, that needs to be clearly communicated up front. Two weeks is absurd.
