I had gotten a linen shirt for my husband for our anniversary and it turned out to be too big, even though I had used the online sizing tool. I was able to exchange the shirt for a size smaller after a quick email to customer service. They were even nice enough to provide a return label. The shirt itself looks very nice and my husband likes it very much. Thank you!
