Hi, I am not satisfied with the overall experience. I ordered two pairs of the same model JoshPL, but in different colors. I knew the size as I have them already. However, I receieved a pair of JoshPL and a Josh, and the Josh didn’t fit me as they were to tight. I reached out to support but was told that its the same model but that the Josh may vary in size. My point is that I ordered two pairs of JoshPL, but received two different pairs and now I am the one who pay for sending them back and getting them in a larger size.

Return label provided put on the return package did not include customs information and was rejected and sent back. Tried to reach out, but no response.

Desperately trying to return them but unable to find correct courier to take them Please email and inform me
