Even though their policy clearly states that final sale items aren’t eligible for returns, Voda Swim still responded kindly and offered me a gift card for the full value. They even suggested I re-gift the item, which I thought was such a thoughtful and generous solution. I really appreciate that level of customer service—it made a frustrating situation feel so much better.
